Thanks Tom, Don & Mike for suggestions to get 20/30m working.

Checking relay closures I am measuring pin to pin, not pin to ground.  I =
do have the Hakko 808 desoldering iron, so I will start taking out the =
relays in the LPF one by one in hopes to slip up on this problem.

All bands work except for 20/30m, that's the strange thing about maybe =
relay problem in LPF.  Anyway it will be this evening before I can get =
back to trouble shooting.
