Can anyone tell me if the monolithic amp MAR-1 MMIC used in the N-gen 
is very static sensitive? The reason I ask is that I had used my N-gen 
last weekend to fine tune my K2 filters to perfection (yippee!) but 
yesterday when I tried to use it again, no noise.  I did not use it in 
the interim, but had it on my desk in my office. I brought it to the 
workbench from my office and walked across my carpet in the den. It is 
possible the N-gen  got a static zap, things are really dry here in 
Chicago. Any suggestions?
