[Elecraft] KX1 S-Meter buzz -- solved

Hi gang,

Just a note to let you know that the S-Meter buzz I was hearing was 
caused by a broken L9.  This allowed noise from the MCU to couple into 
the audio.  Gary and Scott fixed me up with a new choke, and all is FB!
