[Elecraft] KX1 low output

Could anyone please "carefully" measure their KX1 RF readings (mV P-P) for
the TX stage? Before I lost my Q6 (cause I managed to slip off Q6's
collector w/scope probe and short C&B or so I think ...output dropped to
zero just after this incident) I was only seeing <2 watts on my KX1 or 50%
of Rick's readings below!! (using 12.5Vdc w/WM-2 watt meter on 50ohm load)

While I'm waiting for the new Q6, I'm seeing 650mV P-P at the base of Q6
(nothing on the collector of course - I think it's open?) It'd be a big help
to know what I'm suppose to see in terms of RF voltage P-P in the TX?
Manual doesn't provide this or if it does I didn't see it? Unless something
else is going on here? Like U1 being reset or? Wassup?
