[Elecraft] K2 - Power dropping off on higher bands (?)

Hi, gang!

Have been enjoying the new K2 (#3877) and am beginning to assemble the =
100W board.

Thought it might be a good idea to find out the max drive power on each =
band, and here's what I found tonight (power control turned full =
clockwise):

3700MHz - 15 watts
7100MHz - 15 watts
10100MHz - 14 watts
14100MHz - 13 watts
18113MHz - 13 watts
21200MHz - 11 watts
24950MHz - 9.5 watts
28350MHz - 8 watts

Is this normal?

Will this be enough to drive the KPA100 to full output?

I went ahead and re-tweaked all the L3 through C44 caps/inductors (in =
the proper order) on the RF board and they are all peaked. Did I miss =
something?

Readings are with a RS power meter that has proven accutate in the past =
and into a known good dummy load.

Do I have a problem here or is this normal for this machine?

Thanks (again)!
