[Elecraft] K2 Transmitter Alignment

I'm at the Transmitter Alignment on page 74 of the manual.  I can peak =
the output on all bands except 20&30.

On 20m adjusting L8 and L9 there is no apparent effect in output.  On =
30m adjusting L8 with up to four clockwise turns I see power =
continuously increasing until the display shows HiCur.

I found no ideas in the archives; this K2 is #3751.  Any ideas that I =
can quickly check before disassembling the rig for board check?
