Sadly, the last renewals of the Commercial Radiotelegraph Licenses look =

like Ham licenses only with a photograph on them.=20

Fortunately, I last renewed on-line so I still had my nice "Certificate"
even though its expired. I intend to keep renewing it until the FCC =
writes
me back asking what a "Radiotelegraph" operator is <G>>

having to dig up passport size photos to send in with the renewal. I =
