[Elecraft] K1, no 30 meters?

Greetings to everyone on the elecraft list!

Construction is under way on K1 #01773 and is going very well
except for a complication that has shown up (I think) on the
KFL1-4 Filter Board. Nothing is making sense to me on this one,
any input from the group would be greatly appreciated.

In section 7. Alignment and Test, Part 1 under Relays (Filter Board
and Attenuator) there is an instruction to cycle through the bands
with the BAND switch. I should be seeing 40, 30, 20 and 15.

Instead I am seeing 40, 20, 17 and 15. Not a normal combination for
this radio, right? I chose not to include 17 meters, so the X1 position
contains the 29.000 MHz (X1A) crystal and *not* the 26.050 (X1B) crystal.
The values of the other crystals and their positions appear correct.

I am using the wonderfully produced toroids from Mychael Morohovich (AA3WF)
so I do not supect a problem with the winding of the toroids and I have
rechecked their installation a few times. The radio has passed all tests up to
this point with flying colors.
