[Elecraft] KRC2 Programming

I have two KRC2s in a SO2R setup.  I've used them with K2s and also a pair
of TS950SDXs.  They work great and are far superior to any other band
decoding solution on the market.  If you want to fully automate your
station, this is the way to go.

I've only used the band-decoding function, not the accessibility features.

As for the programming, I don't know yet whether that is something I will
want or need to take advantage of.
