[Elecraft] Frequency Counter Probe Problem

Hello again all:
Well, last night was not a good one.
I managed to find/break the 10pF Cap  that goes on the Freq Counter
Probe. Not sure if it was already partially broken and I just finished
the job/or it was already broken.
Anyway, this about puts an end to my checks until I get another one or
???
I wonder, can I use another low capacitance capacitor or is the 10pF
axial one supplied in the kit the only one I can use.
I have some other ones (not axial but also not electrolytic) available.
I hate to have to wait till I find one/get one from elecraft. This
weekend is supposed to be nasty outside and I want to get through
testing and get on with my final assembly/testing.
