[Elecraft] Info for intl. CC payment probs

Hi Elecrafters,
       since I'm  trapped in trying to pay for an internet-ordered K2 with a 
European Visa Card I think others may have met the same fate. So here is what 
I found out what to do.

Some CC's are blocked against internet abuse (in my case Visa, may be others 
too)

The symptoms are that you get responses from eleccraft sales that your CC was 
declined.

The reason is most likely that your CC is blocked against int. internet 
xfers.

To overcome #1: call your CC agent, who can remove this limitation for 24 
hours.

To overcome #2: Can Elecraft  request for a special exempt code probably with 
any CC agency in the world to get this barricade out of the way?  (this was 
advertised by my local european CC agent)

Has anyone a better clue to get rid of this nasty thingy ? 
I'm still waiting for my money to be accepted, and another delay in 
shipment...oh no..
