At the risk of being redundant I will again mention the ubiquitous =
Motorola (or GE) mobile communications speakers. The are all over eBay =
for sometimes a ridiculously low price. They are honest to goodness =
commercial quality communications speakers at a 'can't be beat' value.

The first example is the older model. I have one of these in my car for =
mobile ops. Not sure what the freq response is but they really cut thru =
the ambient noise. You can get the 'older' variety in black or beige =
and/or in an amplified version:

You can pick one up easily for an 'average' price of around $12-15 for a =
brand new one. If you're patient you can get one for $5'ish. Amplified =
goes for a little more.=20

This second example is the 'new' (smaller) model. It's the one I'm =
currently using for the K2 in my 'shack'. I think I paid $12 (incl =
shipping) for mine 'new in box'. Sounds great and very stylish next to =
the K2.

Make SURE they come with the mounting bracket. In the case of the newer =
model it serves as an angle-adjustable 'speaker stand' when sitting next =
to the K2.=20

The above are just a couple I found with a quick search on eBay. As in =
all cases 'eBay' make sure you watch the shipping ;)=20

(I have no affiliation with either of the above auctions)
