[Elecraft] KX1 not switching bands

Hi all,

 

I have a question for the collective wisdom on the group.

 

My KX1 doesn't switch bands anymore.  K2 switches the 2 caps in on 7MHz,
and out on 10 & 14 as designed.  K1, however, also seems to switch only
from 14 to 7, or 7 to 10.  From 10 to 14 there is no more relay
switching..

 

With the multimeter, I have direct connection between pin 1 on K1 and
Pin 1 on K2 to Pin 5 on U3, as well as Pin 8 on both relays to pin 7 on
U3.  This seems to me to indicate they will switch in unison?  How
should K1 be connected to the rest of the board and in particular to U3?

 

This did work fine before, so it must be something I did :-(
