[Elecraft] Multimeter Summary

Thanks for all of the great replies and multimeter ideas...  I learned that
I'm not the only one who's been throwing away RS crap.  There's a lot of
stuff out there that I wasn't aware of.  Fluke seems to be the most popular,
but a bit pricey for what I really need.  I settled on the BK Precision 5380
for 99 bucks.  Decent spec's (0.025% DC accuracy) and according to many web
sites, it originally retailed for over $300.
