For folks in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, Maplin Catalogue number 
BR49D is ideal.  It is a double-ended plastic trimming tool with small 
diameter shaft and tiny metal blades.  List price 99p.  Printed on the 
tool are the words "VISHAY Spectrol".
