[Elecraft] K2 PLL upgrade question

The difference between the two versions is mostly the instruction sheet -
IIRC it's just about whether the instructions are for replacing a resistor
pack in a completed K2, or for updating the K2 manual so you'll do the right
thing when building a new radio.  The circuit and components are the same;
use what you have.
