[Elecraft] K2 2nd XFil SSB Tuning Mod--Application Note missing?

Hello,

While sorting my pile of K2 Application Notes, I realized that the pages 
I downloaded last week for the K2 2nd XFil SSB Tuning Mod were two 
graphic diagrams--no instructions or description of the technical details.

A paper copy of an older release of the App. Note (version 2 dated 22 
March 2001) is more typical of the Elecraft Application Notes, complete 
with a description of the problem and the solution.

I went back to elecraft.com to see if the entire App. Note was available 
in an updated form, but all I could find was the two-page graphics PDF:

The two versions of the mod differ, especially in that v.2 asks for 
removal of C180 from the RF board. Where can I find this App Note in its 
complete form (if it in fact exists)?
