Thanks for the comments, Tom. I knew Eudora v6 (in paid mode) had SPAM 
filtering. I had not been able to determine from their site if it was 
Baysian based or not.

Under Linux, when I read email using evolution, I have my mail filtered 
using Spamassassin (another Baysian based system). When I first went to use 
it I trained it with 1100+ pieces of ham and about 1300+ pieces of SPAM I 
had collected in my Windows e-mail program. Since then, only one piece of 
SPAM wasn't caught and nothing has been labelled as SPAM that wasn't (so far).
