[Elecraft] e24 error on k1 - should i worry?

i turned on my k1 this evening..  and BAM.. i get an error E24..

so, i checked the manual...

and checked all the things it said to check..

basically, i took the front panel off.. check r11 and r12, and q1.. 
everything looked okay..

so.. i put the front panel back on..

it seems to be seated a little far away from the rf board, as i could see 
some gold in the gap.. when i put it back together, there was no gold in 
the gap...

turned it back on and fb all the way...

should i be worried?
