ARRL Web surveys are fraudulent.
The current survey is a prime example. In a matter of about two or
three hours over 12,000 votes were cast for one of the options. These
votes are being cast in such a rapid fire succession for only one
selection as to be completely laughable.
It is obvious that some folks are voting literally thousands of times in
order to influence the ARRL and/or users of the ARRL web site. I
suppose that some, but hopefully not all, at HQ are willing to accept
this obvious and blatant fraud.
The current survey should be terminated with the results deleted. An
explanation and apology should be immediately distributed to the ARRL
membership.
A moratorium on future surveys is in order until the wizards at ARRL can
figure out how to prevent malicious and embarrassing actions such as this.
