[Elecraft] Can't Change Bands

Howdy, Folks,

I'm working on a KX1 and have hit some snags.  When I first turned it on and
up to the second alignment, I could change bands by toggling/tapping the
BAND key.  Now the band is stuck on 7 MHz, and won't move.  Is there a
"Lock" mode I've activated.  This is my first KX1 and it is NOT going well.

Additionally, not a peep of a signal can be heard from the input BNC.  If I
inject a signal at pin 1 of U6, I have tons of signal.  I have ohmed my way
through the lowpass filter, and a DC path exists to the "RX OUT" flag.  This
one I can troubleshoot (I think) once I order some new parts I damaged
trying to find loose/poorly soldered joints and  connections.

Any ideas on changing bands?  I'm not looking forward to buying a new MPU!
Other functions seem to work.
