[Elecraft] micronta model 351 frequency counter..

i just found this in my box of goodies, and i wanted to use it to calibrate 
my k1..

unfortunately, i cannot find a manual for it..

i just flicked it on and put it up to my radio in tuning mode into a dummy 
load.. but to no avail..

i did a google for a manual but to no avail..

anyone have a quick set of tips for me in using this?
