[Elecraft] Current Indications fluctuating

Current indications are in steady jitter about 15ma above and below what a
meter in the supply line shows. The external meter reading is stable and
very close to book values.

Voltages at U3 on the control board look good and the paths to R115 also
look good.

While it does not seem to effect any thing I do find it annoying.

Any suggestions to cause or a possible fix.
