You are right Vic (and it's a good example of why I shouldn't do e-mail
while on hold on the phone listening to musak) The Devil must be in that
MUSAK!! It paralyzes any remaining functioning brain cells I have.
What I don't like about either-or choices is that they tend to polarize the
community. Now, if they had asked people to "rank" the issues rather than
selecting only ONE is "worthy of concern" I would have looked forward to
seeing the results. And while they didn't say that only one was worthy of
concern in so many words, that is the implication that I - and I suspect a
lot of readers - will get from it.

Actually, it asks which issue you are more concerned about. Since we
know that BPL is pretty important, then a vote to continue (or drop) CW
testing means that the voter has a very strong feeling on this issue
(either that or he's ignorant about BPL, which is unlikely today).
So I guess the point of it is to find out just how important the CW
issue really is.
