Instead of voting I sent this message to the President of the ARRL, Jim
Haynie (w5jbp@arrl.org):

What an ABSURD "survey" on the ARRL Web site this month!!!

It asks for a vote no whether to continue CW testing or ban the spread =
of
BPL.=20

Why didn't you include "Ban SSB on the HF bands" so the survey would =
"prove"
that no Hams wanted SSB because they are more concerned with the spread =
of
BPL???

CW Testing and BPL have nothing to do with each other.
