Personally, I would not worry about the extra 0.3 kHz - it is not that large
(2.3%). If it were 10% or more, it would be cause for concern. My 'rule of
thumb' for electronic circuits is that 10% tolerance is usually OK. There
are exceptions, but they are few.

I have a question regarding the K2 Reference Osciallator Range. On page 57
of the K2 manual is states that this should not exceed 13 kHz. Well mine is
13.3 kHz, and the Troubleshooting section only really deals with resolving
an inadequate range (less than 9.8 kHz).
So the question is ... how does the extra .3 kHz affect performance and is
there any real way to resolve it?
