[Elecraft] XV50 Help

Finished the XV50, but I am having some problems. I am using a K2 to drive
the XV50.
When I set the K2 to 5W out when in the receive mode, the K2 puts out only
2.2W when in the transmit mode with the XV50.
I get 4W out of the XV50 at 2.2A and 13.5V. When not keying the XV50, the
13V line goes to 13.7V.
TP1 - 1.009V
TP2 range is from 35-236mv. Can't get to the nominal 250mn.

When adjusting L12-17 the voltage at TP5 starts to drop off and the power
out of the XV50 drops off after about 5 seconds of transmitting with no
adjustments being made. The power out and current draw of the K2 stays
constant. The power out seems to peak with the coils as follows - L12 - 1/2
turn above the can, L13 - slug level with coil form, L14 - 1/2 turn above
the can, L15 - level with coil form, L16 - 3 turns below top of coil form,
L17 - 2 turns above the can.

Any hints or ideas appreciated.
