[Elecraft] Remote KPA & KAT

Greetings & HNY to members of the list - 

Here's a question for those who have built up the KPA & KAT in the EC-2 enclosure.

Thanks to my lovely wife and the elves at Elecraft, I now have the KPA-100 to build.
Thanks to an earlier transaction with Mychael (TTG), I have the KAT-100, KIO-2, and
EC-2 with all the appropriate panels and beautiful pre-wound toroids.  As soon as we 
get back to CT after visiting our son and grandkids in Illinois for the holidays, I'll 
be starting the project of building all these goodies.

My question for those who have gone through this is if there is a recommended order
of construction that makes integration and/or check-out of the various components easier
or more logical.
