[Elecraft] Spurious signal after k2 click mod

No.  But I'm sure the stuff is there.  Wayne is going to give me some 
troubleshooting procedures that I can carry out with a scope, so I'm 
waiting for that.  Obviously something is wrong, but I wish I knew if it 
has been wrong all along or is related to the mod.
