[Elecraft] 60 Hz RFI to rig

One can put the whole rig in a bigger steel shelf/hutch and decrease the
effects of nearby 60Hz.

However, it is probably NOT a ground loop in the coil that is the problem,
but simply effect of long wavelength magnetic field thru the Aluminum case
panels of the radio.

Moving the Source of the 60 Hz emanator is the easiest fix.

At our club station, we relocated all power supplies to the under bench
area. With big rocker switches on them easy enough to trip them on with the
toe of the shoe.
