Hi Lonnie,

Could you please identify the Canadian phone net where the controllers 
could not copy CW.
I suspect it was the Trans Provincial Net on 7.055 mHz.
For your info many of the controllers and check-ins are sightless 
(blind) and in Canada are able to get their "ticket" without having to 
take the CW portion of the Industry Canada exam to qualify for full HF 
phone privileges.
I myself am rusty using CW but am trying to get my speed back up where 
it used to be (30-35 wpm).
