[Elecraft] KDSP2 assembly question?

I finally broke down and ordered a KDSP2 for my K2 s/n 323. The kit arrived
today along with new firmware and the keying mod. I started assembly of the
KDSP2 tonight. Here is my question:
On page 9 of the manual it states:
You should have one 470pf ceramic monolithic capacitor remaining, and
location C12 should be empty.

I have the appropriate left over 47pf cap. Do I install it in the C12
position or leave it out? The manual seems unclear to me on this step.
