[Elecraft] Low Power

I am running a K2 S/N 4023 (barefoot, no 100 W Amp) and getting LO P =
indication. I've set the power level to 5 watts.  The battery voltage =
says 11.7 Volts.  Is this voltage too low and when should LO P =
indication come on ?   Anyone ?=20
