[Elecraft] Another K1 in Poland is alive (# 1792)

Hi all,

Last Monday I  finished building the K1 (4 bands).  Building went very =
smoothly. After 29 hours to build and align everything works fine.=20
The kit arrived on Friday (02/20/04) and I started my soldering =
adventure on Saturday morning. The  K1 (wth KAT1 and KBT1) was ready 3 =
days later (on Monday evening). It was very nice but a bit exhausting =
experience for me again (I had completed K2 a year ago) and now I' m =
very glad to have this small and portable trx. I know that builders =
should take their time and relax while building but I didn't have more =
time (XYL wouldn't be happy ;-).

Having the K1 I am really free to work from so many interesting places.=20

As far as I know now there are two K1s in Poland (Wim's - SP5DDJ and =
mine).
