[Elecraft] setting the exact read-out on the dial with the KX1

After building the KX1 set, can you use the time signals as a way to set the
frequency read-out, for example can you find 5.0 or 10.0 time signals and
see what the readings is on the dial and if its off adjust the view to match
those being received

I have heard that the time signals are the most accurate there is. This is
for those with out and frequency calibration equipment
