[Elecraft] Has anyone actually placed the KPA100 external to the K2, i.e. in an EC2 enclosure?

I would like to place the KPA100 amp in a EC2 enclosure, rather than
internally mount it in my K2. I have seen some discussion on the reflector
about the advisability of doing so (most were favorable it seems). I seem to
remember a cabling diagram, but now I cannot seem to locate it.....
