Rest assured that the CW bandwidth of the stock K2 typically extends
+/-1.5 kHz from center, otherwise Elecraft would not have designed the
mod.  To hear them, use a narrow CW filter and listen to the transmitted
signal just outside the passband of the filter.

Clicks are most frequently encountered during CW contests when the band
is very crowded and signals are bunched up closely adjacent to each
other.
