[Elecraft] Voltage Reference

Hi Don:
I'm shooting from the hip here, but I'll bet the regulated voltage going to 
the Oscillator on the XG1 is pretty accurate in order to maintain the 50uv 
and 1uv output within tolerance. I am away from it right now, so I can't 
measure it.
