[Elecraft] 2.2 kHz K2 SSB Modification

  I'm planning on ordering an Elecraft K2 with the SSB module (among others)
real soon now. I think I'd like the SSB to be a little wider than the
"stock" 2.0 kHz, but don't want to push the limits at 2.5 kHz. Therefore, I
think the 2.2 kHz SSB modification is a good compromise for me.

  For the folks that have done the 2.2 kHz SSB modification, would it be
best to build the SSB module to the 2.0 kHz baseline before applying the
modification, or should I just build it to 2.2 kHz right from the start?
