Bill,

In my glance at the K2 schematic, control board signal 5A is used only on
the control board and the Front Panel board.

If you are measuring 67 ohms on this signal on the RF board with both the
control board and the front panel board disconnected, I would be looking for
a high resistance short in the vicinity of the control board and front panel
board connectors.

RYCOM is not connected to control board signal 5A in any way I can decipher
from the schematic.
