[Elecraft] Updated "Elecraft-QRV" website now online

Fellow Elecrafters,

Some of you may remember a web application called "Elecraft - QRV" which 
was made available last year, the purpose of which was to provide an 
easy-to-use website, dedicated to the announcement of operating activity 
by Elecraft K2, K1, (and now) KX1 owners. Unfortunately, I found it 
necessary to change internet service providers near the end of last 
year, and the site has been down.

I have added functionality to the site, including the ability to review 
QRV activity and the User Directory without the need to log-in, however 
if you desire to post a QRV announcement of your own, you'll have to 
log-in to do so. User accounts are self-created, requiring only a 
callsign, and your name, and a username/password of your choosing.

The intent of the site is to provide a quickly accessible way to 
announce and learn of on-air activity by other Elecrafters. The email 
reflector is an exceptional resource for the exchange of information, 
but announcement of activity can sometimes get lost among the many other 
items of interest, and for those who subscribe to the digest version of 
the reflector, the discovery of QRV announcements will frequently be too 
late.

For the moment, the site can be accessed via an IP address, however 
within the week I intend to have a 'real' URL available, and will post 
it to the group via the reflector.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions, suggestions for 
improvements, or criticisms in an effort to make the site as accessible 
and useful as possible.
