[Elecraft] Elecraft K2 Upgrade: Keying Bandwidth Mod and New Firmware

Hmm, there is something missed with this new K2 firmware release. I was
waiting long for a simple improvement on A/B VFO switching: the ability to
remember all settings for each VFO choice, especially the mode
selection -CW, USB, LSB.

Well, next time may be.
