[Elecraft] K2: No power out. Emitter of Q6 is .,283V vice .4V

KC4QNW, Dennie and I are trouble shooting his K2 and the we are trying to
figure out why the emitter voltage is down by 30%. We have discovered in
prior tests that the excitation from the VCO es BFO thru the Mixer and
buffer is wide open which would be the case if no rf to the RFDET (power
requested, no power out).
It looks to me that Q6 is held in cutoff on receive and V BIAS-XFIL thru Q10
sets proper bias for operation on Transmit. Am I going down the right path
here? Anyone have anything to offer....
