Right answer, wrong subject. Chalk it up to old age.

Obviously, it's all there in the manual, but has anyone collected the
calibration items into one source? (say I buy a K2 used, and I want to run
through the gambit and make sure everything is optimized).
Also, any interdependencies.... i.e. if you adjust L34, you should S-Meter
Cal, or if you cal this, you should also cal that...
1)The manual is an excellently executed document and very easy to follow.
2)There are tech notes available on the web site covering tools you may use
during calibration, i.e. Spectrogram, an audio spectrometer implemented in a
pc with a sound card.
3)W3FPR has some notes on his website that some find very helpful.
4)In the manual, as each each stage of construction is completed, there are
tests and calibrations that are in a sequence that takes you through the
calibration and debugging of the unit in a straight forward manner.
5)The manual contains a trouble shooting guide to help you diagnose any
problems, and how to rectify them.
6)This reflector is a wonderful source of information and of tireless help
and assistance.
7)I do not know the policy on used equipment where Elecraft support is
concerned, so I cannot speak to that. I can only tell you of my experience
with Elecraft from sales to problem solving, ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT.
8)Get one if you can find it. I heard a guy on cw bemoaning the fact that
once one gets an Elecraft rig, they seldom let go of them. I have one and am
saving for the second.
