[Elecraft] LCR Meter Suggestion

Don - I purchased this LCR meter made in England. It works great and is very
simple to use. I've checked it against lots of components (L, C, and R) and
it's right on the money.

The battery is a specialty type that must be common in Europe, but it is
available in the US.

After the exchange rate mine was about $130 assembled. Also, the
manufacturer recommends recalibration annually, which I haven't done, since
the measurement results are still the same.
