[Elecraft] 160rx not recognized by MCU

Hi Dean, I had a similar problem last year, although I had selected 160m I
wasn't receiving any signals and I had no TX,  but the r,ant was working,
check to see where the decimal point is on your display,  mine was after the
fifth digit, but it never occurred to me that it should only be after four
digits!!!, so although I had selected 160m I was on 17m!!!!!!!!!! it seems
that the vfo filpped out!! the cure was to select 160m and wind the vfo all
the way back from 17m, the radio has behaved itself ever since, hope this
