[Elecraft] k2dsp operation,problem resolved

Hi All:
I thought I might follow up with what I found
on the problem with the K2DSP not functioning
correctly.  First of all thanks go to both Dale 
and Lyle with regard to suggesting shorted or 
open signal lines.
We have a VERY well equipped lab at work and
I took the DSP module into work and examined all
of the solder joints under the microscope.  I did
find that Data bit D19, on pin 79 of the ADSP2184
was shorted via a small solder bridge to its neighbor
which happened to be ground.  I cleared the solder
bridge and re-installed the DSP module.  Everything
appears to be working fine now.
