[Elecraft] control board part

I have a part source other than elecraft for U4 on the control board of =
the k2.  It has a plastic mounting tab.  The manual says it could be =
either.  Just like to confirm this is alright.  Anyone out their have an =
all plastic U4?

Also anyone know the manufacturer of our 10bargraph led on the front =
panel board.  They look like the fairchilds in the Mouser catalog.  They =
make some that are red instead of green.
