[Elecraft] K2 Tuning Problem

Hi Gang,

My K2, SN 543, has an odd tuning problem  I've checked the manual and 
online resources but have not solved the problem.

My firmware parameters are:
2.02h  1.02,

Options: all less DSP, no 100W deck

It is most pronounce (I think) on 40M CW, with any filter.  While tuning up 
or down, every 3-10 KHz at random, there is a click in the audio, a very 
brief muting of the RX and the display will hang even though I am still 
tuning.

I ran the CAL PLL a couple of times and it does not help.

On local ham suggests that I might need new firmware.

Any ideas??
