[Elecraft] question on licensing - extra

Jim and all,

I am cerainly aware that all I have to do is re-take Element 4 to upgrade to
Extra.  Right now, the fact that I took and passed element 4 way back when
(pre-1969) as part of the Advanced exam does not count anymore (and that was
in an FCC field office).

I am not complaining, but I do just have to go do it.  I should have no
trouble with the electronics theory parts of the test, but for the operation
questions, I will have to do some study - but then to be a good operator, I
should be aware of the test contents anyway - I just have to get off my butt
on this and do what I have been intending to do for many years now.
